The use of this website Affordable Maids®, Inc. is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. By using our website, you hereby consent to the following:
GENERAL SERVICE TERMS
LATE CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING FEE:
Once your appointment for service is scheduled, we set that space aside specifically for you. We also reserve the employees to clean your home and turn other business away. Because of this we require a 48-hour cancellation notice otherwise we charge your credit card a $30 cancelation fee.
LOCK-OUTS, RE-ROUTES & WAIT TIME:
If our team is either turned away at your door or simply unable to gain access to your home upon their arrival, an attempt will be made to contact you for assistance. If you can not be reached or refuse service, the team will be instructed to cancel the cleaning & move on to their next account and you will be charged a $75 lock out fee.
ARRIVAL TIMES:
There is no guarantee on arrival times. We will give you an approximate arrival time the day before but due to sickness & call offs, we make NO guarantees.
LIMITING THE CLEANING COST TO A SPECIFIC AMOUNT:
We sell increments of time. When you choose an increment of time, we will ask for an in-order list of the most important areas to the least important areas. The team will work down that list as fast as possible, keeping the quality up and will get as much done as possible. We make no guarantee of what areas we will get done.
QUAILTY ISSUES:
At any time if there is a legitimate quality problem on a specific area that was cleaned, the problem must be reported within 24 hours after service has been performed.
NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS:
Any time a check has non-sufficient funds there will be a $25 NSF Fee.
PAYING BY CHECK AND NO CHECK IS LEFT:
We require payment for all services at the time of completion. If you are set up as paying by check and no check is left at the time of service, the credit card on file will be charged for the total amount of cleaning.
RATE CHANGES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Your set price is only good for 30 days. If you go beyond 30 days the set price is no longer guaranteed.
BREAKAGES:
The teams are extremely careful but sometimes accidents happen. If a team member breaks something in your home we will leave a note for you and will call you within the next couple of days after your service to go over the different options to remedy the situation.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
When you purchase a gift certificate, we will take payment on your credit card. The gift certificate will say how long the 3 people team will clean for. Unfortunately, there are no refunds when purchasing gift certificates.
PAYMENT POLICY AND METHODS:
Payment is due at the time of service. Reservations for service must be secured by a credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover). Clients failing to provide payment after service is completed, either by cash or check shall have the cost billed to their credit card on file.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS:
Communications between you and Affordable Maids®, Inc. shall include the use of electronic means, whenever you visit our website or send us emails or text messages.

Affordable Maids®, Inc. is a trademark and is registered in the United States of America. You may not use this trademark without written permission from the president of Affordable Maids®, Inc.
NO WARRANTY
THIS WEBISTE AND ITS CONTENTS IS "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS, IMPLIED . WE DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE. WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANTY THAT THIS WEBISTE WILL BE ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT INTERUPTION OR THAT IT IS FREE FROM ERRORS, DEFECTS, ETC.
INDEMNIFICATION
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS AFFORDABLE MAIDS®, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OFFICERS, PARTNERS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, EXPENSES, DAMAGES, AND COSTS INCLUDING ATTORNEYS FEES RESULTING FROM ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES:
This agreement shall be governed by the state of PA. In the event a dispute arises between you and us. We will seek to resolve it quickly by having you call our customer service department at 412-521-6243.
LIMITATIONS OF LEGAL REMEDIES:
Instead of suing in court, you and we agree to arbitration. The party who seeks arbitration must write a Notice of Dispute and send it certified to Affordable Maids®, Inc., 409 Beatty Road, Monroeville, Pa 15146. Upon receipt of such notice, the other party shall have sixty (60) days to settle or cure the claim or entering into a settlement to resolve the claim to the mutual satisfaction of the parties.
